What Makes It Awesome

It's the fridge that we have always been looking for when it came to wondering what to do with the extra food that you ordered. That extra rice, an entire portion of curry or even if you have enough food to spare can all be stocked up in this fridge. Part of the project by The Public Foundation, the community fridge allows the citizens and food businesses to donate spare edible food so that those in need can take it.  The fridge is open from 8 am to 8 pm all through the week and you can drop in your food anytime during the day. It's not just spare food or extra food that you can donate, you can even donate things like milk, fruits, biscuits, and snacks, anything that can get rid of hunger. Right next to the fridge are shelves where you can also donate clothes, blankets, and even toys.

ProTip

From what we hear from the folks around the area, the stocks usually get over by noon, so folks heading home after work through BTM, it'd great if you can leave something for later too.
