For months now, we have been keeping tabs on Cafe Thulp founder Gautam Krishnankutty’s Instagram handle here and have been salivating over all the delicious trials and tribulations of his new restaurant — The Smoke Co. Daily trials {with proof on Instagram} included curing meats, making sausages stuffed with fish roe, and even smoking them bone marrows.
If you love your meat and are unapologetic about it, then you should check out The Smoke Co in Koramangala. The new restaurant will have two elements — hearty Southern American BBQ fare and an European style Charcuterie {bacon, ham, pate, sausages… we are already dreaming}. The restaurant is all set to open its doors today, but the alcohol license will take about two weeks to kick in. Till then you better meat and greet!
