Mainland China has released a new menu. They have something called Philadelphia cheese momo. The veg momo is the best I ever had. So soft and delicate, that it will almost break when you try to lift it with fork or chopsticks. It just melts in the mouth, bursting and releasing the cheese flavours all over. White as a pearl, this momo is must-have.
Also, they have some other new great starters like Lemongrass prawns and Pepper chicken served with cashew nuts. They are absolutely amazing too.
