A Cute Date Spot With A Vegetarian Menu: Reasons Why We Dig This New Joint In Indiranagar

In the same building as Lila and The Wishing Chair, The Twisted Desi is the new kid on the block, with cosy vibes and an all-vegetarian menu that includes pasta and naan & curry. 

We spotted The Twisted Desi's cute blue door when we dropped by to check Lila, a slow fashion boutique. We popped into what's a neatly done space with yellow and blue accents and mirrors on the wall. But it's the outside seating that you will love. Pop off your shoes and get comfy on the large sofa seating that's generously furnished with soft cushions. Food is served on bed tables while you happily chat your evening away without anyone bugging you. 

Given the name, you'd expect it to be fusion food, but it's not.  The menu is simple, limited, and vegetarian. The desi part of their name comes in the form of the appetisers and mains such as Paneer Tikka, Palak Paneer, Dal Tadka, Naan, and Aloo Paratha. There are pasta and sandwiches too, in case you prefer to keep things little less desi. And wholesome salads too.
