From Lobster Night To Dim Sum Fest: Our Pick Of Top Monsoon Menus In The City

Chef Amiel has put together a monsoon menu using locally-sourced seasonal produce and it includes French Onion Soup with  Gruyère Cheese & freshly baked in-house Sourdough, Duck Confit with orange glaze, and Lamb Bourguignon with succulent Burgundy red wine braised lamb. It goes without saying that there's Homemade Hot Chocolate as well as Crème Brûlée with Madagascar vanilla.

The Lobby Lounge & Terrace at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru is doing a monsoon high-tea experience daily all through July to early October. The curated experience includes locally produced Four Seasons Summer Monsoon Blend coffee, crafted in collaboration with Rosette Coffee Lab, a wide selection of teas including traditional favourites, such as masala and ginger chai to a range of fruit-flavoured teas. No high tea is complete without things to munch on so you obviously you have everything from Pepper Mushroom Puffs to Roast Pumpkin, and Truffle Chicken Mousseline Brioche to Heirloom Tomato & Cheddar Cheese Sandwich.

Inazia, the Pan-Asian fine-dining restaurant at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel is doing Bites Of Heaven, a dim sum festival for lunch time, and you can dig into Spiced Chicken & Spinach Dumplings, Smoked Duck Spring Rolls, Pan Fried Chicken Bao, and Chicken & Coriander Sui Mai. Limelight, the all-day dining restaurant at Hotel Royal Orchid Bangalore, and Chef Raj Kumar Nandy have curated a special Monsoon Brunch every Sunday. Guests can enjoy Bhawan Jodhpuri Mirchi, Pahadi Paneer Tikka, Oven Roasted Chicken with Red Wine Jus, and Spinach and Corn Rotolo. There's also going to be live cooking stations and cocktail counters.

Pizza in Koramangala has curated The Altalian Fest, a Southeast Asian-inspired Italian menu that features Mala Express, a cajun spiced-chicken ravioli in a Mala seasoned Asian curry broth, Truffle Edamame, a ravioli with crushed edamame and creme cheese served with a Sriracha-infused Asian sauce, X.O.X.O., a Margherita pizza served with X.O. Chilli Jam and Burrata, and Milo Tiramisu.

Cinnamon at Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel and Chef Somasundaram has curated monsoon specials, such as Marina Beach Sundal, Madras Chicken 65, Egg Bajji, Cottage Cheese & Tri Pepper Calzone, and Barbeque Chicken Puff. Pair these with Masala Chai, Filter Coffee or a Cappuccino.

Maverick & Farmer Coffee in Ulsoor and Koramangala has a monsoon special coffee menu that the brand has curated using local ingredients. The menu includes Shoonti Kaapi, a flat white with organic palm jaggery and dried ginger from the coffee estate at Pollibetta in Coorg, The Yellaki and Elaichi Cold Coffee, which is a refreshing drink infused with homegrown cardamom and laced with banana milk. Other drinks include Cinnamon Pour Over, and Kallu Hoovu Cappuccino.
