The American toy retail brand is opening its first store in the city at Phoenix Marketcity on Saturday, October 7 and there’s a lot planned for the day. We hear that along with Geoffrey the giraffe, the company’s ‘spokesanimal’, Dora, Transformers, Barbie, and Play-Doh are all coming to town. While we are super excited about meeting Geoffrey and the Transformers, it’s the little ones who are going to have a ball of a time.
For starters, there’s going to be workshops on Super Hero Mask Making {yasss!}, Toy Design, and Toy Home Building. Parents, there’s going to be puppet shows, storytelling sessions, face painting, balloon modelling, and play gym as well, so be sure to add extra sugar to your child’s morning juice or milk. Oh, and be sure you do add that extra sugar as there’s going to mime and juggling performances along with kids’ mini disco as well.
