Dosa tacos is basically a mini set dosa topped with Paneer Bhurji on it. No one would have thought that set dosa could be used as tacos. The Dosa itself was soft and fluffy and the topping was little spicy to match the taste. We never imagined that Bisi bele could be deep-fried and served with chutney. Yes, you heard it right. UDP (Urban Deccan Pub) has coined this dish and they are nailing it. Hats off to the chef for coming up such delicious innovation. Even a simple Arbi is deep-fried, spices sprinkled on it and served with chutney; simple yet delicious. Take it any dish they have on the menu, cooked in the traditional way and hinted with urbanization. The base of the dish is kept intact with changes only in flavor and taste. As a non-drinker, Mocktails are the only option for us other than aerated drinks. They were indeed refreshing and not neglected. Also, every Thursdays there will be Open Mic for stand-ups in the evening.
