North Indian and Mughlai dishes with fusion touch, Food here is curated by well-known chef Javed Ahamed what else you want? The royal ambience, their special 15-course meal, nice place to have brunch especially at weekends and of course all days.
Ambience:
The place is all decorated with Chandlers which gives royal look to the Restaurant. They have outdoor seating as well but it's small and ideal for couples to have a sundowner with a view. Not but not least they have comfortable seating.
Food:
Special mention: presentation of food is just wow. We tried a 15-course meal here. I am gonna mention few which are very interesting and must try.
It all started with a welcome drink i.e virgin mojito. It tasted well! It's far better any of the mojito that I have I tried.
Starters:
First, we tried yoghurt spherification then we tried goat brain pav which tasted well!
QuinoaUpma we tried I never imagined up would be this good
White golgappa (white chocolate) which turns to be surprised for everyone! Loved it having!
Risotto kichdi was perfect blend palak and cheesy
Green peas soup was just amazing. then we tried gilwat kulcha, sorbet all were really good
After all, the meal is incomplete without the Biryani we tried Khasta rahta ghost ki Biryani which nicely served in a small pot and tasted well.
Desserts: We tried tandai pana cotta and turmeric kulfi which is just soul-refreshing.
Special mention: cocktail ' Guava king' was just amazing
Best in the Town. Don't miss! Must try at Maziga.
