Starter - Achari paneer Tikka
It was the perfect amount of spice and the achar flavour was spot on
Dal - Dal Makhni
One of my favourite curries would be dal Makhni, it was quite delicious
Mains - palak kofta
Oh god, now I can say one of the best koftas I have had. It was so soft and moist and was just melting in the mouth for sure
Bread - Punjabi Missi roti
Here the roti was perfect for my evening it had some unique texture topped with onions as well on whole definitely a good pick
Rice - Jeera Rice
The best rice to choose as it's light and topped with ghee and definitely something I would choose after having some heavy Dal's
Dessert - Teri south churi
Had for the first time, its definitely the best I have had, fried in ghee and tossed with jaggery so a win-win situation if you are on diet as well as healthy
Gulab jamun - it was soft and melting and if you like dry jamoon with the minimal honey syrup this is perfect.
