A hearty meal
Begin your meal with an Amuse Bouche of Mozzarella Sphere, followed by salads - pick from Smoked Salmon, Asparagus, Pickled Beetroots, Artichokes and Sweet Onions, or salad of Grilled Figs, Asparagus and Oranges tossed in a red wine mustard dressing. For starters, your choices are the Moroccan Chicken Bisteeya in filo pastry, smoked almond and herb salad, as well as the Mushroom, Broccoli and Brie Greek Pie with thick yogurt, herb salad and roasted pepper puree. While you share a conversation with your date, tuck into the mains, which include Oven Roasted Seabass with Roasted Root Vegetables, Lemon Mustard Sauce and Smoked Potato Puree. Or go for the Chicken Involtini stuffed with Smoked Cheese and Greens served on a Saffron and Prawn Risotto or, perhaps, the Ravioli of Creamy Spinach and Parmesan.
