Heritage Homestay

Believed to be the residence of Vasco Da Gama, this quaint white-walled 500-year old homestay is located in the heart of Fort Kochi, making it an ideal place to check in when you are visiting the heritage capital of Kerala. Steeped in history, the architecture of this property is a mix of Dutch and Kerala influences, so you will find the two large rooms come with high wooden ceilings and large windows that open out to the streets of Kochi. Even the large stone staircase leading up to the guest rooms are reminiscent of the colonial era. Double and single beds are available in both the rooms with all the amenities including mosquito nets, running hot and cold water, cable TV, and help desk for general enquiries.

The ground floor is where the hosts stay and they run the in-house cafe called Vasco Cafe as well as Tours and Travels. Should you need any information, the hosts are ever ready to help you out. The cafe is a spacious, traditional style coffee shop attached to the property with Continental fare served with a touch of Kerala influences.
