Vidyarthi Bhavan is indeed coming to Malleshwaram...in the form of a play. To Chowdiah Memorial Hall! In association with Bengaluru Theatre Foundation is brining to the stage Vidyarthi Bhavana, written by Rajendra Karanth, a well-known thespian and directed by Arjun Kabbina. Catch the story on May 6,7 and 8, 2022.

One of the city's most loved iconic restaurants, Vidyarthi Bhavan, is making its way to North Bangalore from its usual domain of South Bangalore. They've hinted at the "opening" to be around May, first week, but when exactly we're waiting to see. The original in Basavanagudi will, of course, remain, but we cannot wait to see what this new showcase is all about, in Malleshwaram. Who knows, maybe in an exchange program, we'll see a CTR in South Bangalore!
Best known for their ghee-soaked dosas, khara bhath drowned in chutney, kesari bhath in its neon yellow glory and for the ambience that probably hasn't changed since it started operations in 1943, Vidhyarthi Bhavan is an emotion. We're also told that we can expect a few surprises when it comes to Malleshwarm!
