Authenticook, a platform that connects foodies to home chefs, is hosting Sajangoth—a traditional Marwari meal at chef Chandralekha's home.
Sajangoth is a ceremony that revolves around food and takes place during weddings. As part of this authentic meal, diners will can try everything from Moong Dal Vadas and Pakodi ki Kadi (curd based curry with gram flour dumplings) to Meetha Chawal (Basmati rice cooked in sugar syrup) and Dum Aloo (baby potatoes cooked with onion and spices). Your meal at Chandralekha's home will end with the sweet, sweet Rajasthani malpua and rabri too.
