The menu at Dhaba by Claridges has been revamped this summer and now includes some delish Punjabi classics. Inspired by the eateries and dhabas on the highways of Punjab, the food has tried to maintain that same authenticity and taste. Find deliciousness like Tawa Chicken Chaamp, made with tender chicken bits and homemade spices, cooked on a tawa and Lawrence Raod ki Tikki, which is a minced mutton tikki with chana dal, served with curd and green chutney, on the new menu.
