World On A Plate returns for season four of the culinary festival, and this time top chef Marco Pierre White is headlining it. Yes, the Marco Pierre White who was possibly the UK’s first celebrity chef and youngest to ever get three Michelin stars! Apart from masterclasses and exclusive dinners with Chef Marco himself, there will also be a special with him and Bangalore’s celebrity chef Manu Chandra. With separate tickets for the various mini events and entry to the main event (priced at INR 500), you can happily indulge in food and dessert from over 22 culinary enterprises in Bangalore. If you’re keen on the special meal curated by Chef Marco, there are two options -- a fine-dine dinner and brunch, with wine and cocktail pairings too. He will also host two exclusive masterclasses (INR 5,000 upwards) in case you’re a budding Marco Pierre White!
The event will also see live cook-offs, mixology workshops, an organic market, and of course, in Bangalore, a beer corner! Along with the beer corner, enjoy a unique ‘dessert market’ and what we're told will be one of the largest open-air cocktail bars under Bangalore’s star lit sky that will host the city’s most exciting Sunday Sundowner on June 2 with live performances by DJ Ivan and others. And it's all going down at The Ritz-Carlton, so get tickets, and set your GPS there.
