In today’s day and age, de-stressing and relaxing is one of the ways to be more productive for sure. In the event you can’t, there’s always continuous practice of mindfulness that stops that stress before it starts. This weekend, join Ananya and Diya (AnDi) for a two hour Yoga workshop that will focus on breathing, and yoga that works on maintaining good posture and alignment. By that we mean while sitting (since we do it all day every day), or if you have those unexplainable aches and pains among others. As for breathing, learn to breathe the right way so you’re not huffing and puffing after a couple of flights of stairs. Apart from that, also learn to breathe in a way that contributes to general wellness as well. Need to work out but can’t find the time? They’ll help you out with some simple exercises that you can add to your regular routine, no matter how busy. How's The Venue

The Bohemian House is a refurbished heritage property in the Woody’s Hotel property off Richmond Circle. Apart from being a co-working space, they also house a home decor boutique, cafe, and plenty of space (indoor and outdoor) for events.
