I recently visited galitos at vega city mall for the first time after the pandemic and i must say that they are taking all due measures to make sure that you have an impeccable experience. It is recommended that you make a reservation in prior because its always almost full owing to how well they have maintained their quality. I tried the refreshing green apple cooler which was also topped with lots of mint leaves that gave it its elevating flavors. Other than that i was in the mood for lemon and herb chicken satays which are skewers wrapped with the Supreme pieces of chicken and it is served with a peanut sauce which has the boldest flavors of real peanuts. The skewers actually went very well with the peanut sauce but you can also choose to try from their range of many other sauces ranging from mild to superhot. I also wanted to have the Mexican rice which was very flavourful with three bell peppers and a flavourful aroma. I was already too full for the desserts, none the less you can go for brownie with ice cream or among their new cheesecakes in jars. I can't wait to visit galitos again
