With the recent corona, the infection was worried while ordering online but the hygiene practices at Celebr'eat seemed really assuring. I went ahead and ordered the Kashmiri pulao, Corn Tikki, Paneer Makhani gravy and Shahi tukda.
The food was delivered hygienically and sealed perfectly. When I opened the aroma was delicious. The Corn Tikki was good, I felt it was slightly over-fried and was a bit high on the salt but otherwise the texture and flavour was good.
The Kashmiri pulao had a wafting aroma of ghee. It had a sweet taste and was loaded with sweet caramelised fried onions, paneer, pineapple and cherry. If you want to have this on its own it’s a bit sweet and bland so I recommend going for gravy with it. I felt the cardamom and whole spice flavour could have been more prominent. That would have been a great touch. Really tasty nevertheless. It tastes great with the Paneer makhani. The quantity was great, three of us could easily eat one biryani
Paneer makhani was outstanding. The gravy was rich, had the perfect amount of spice and flavour. Loved it and highly recommend this
Even the green chutney with the tikkis was spectacular, the zingy vibrant taste was the perfect addition to the meal.
Shahi tukda was good too. Overall I loved the food and so did my family. Really recommended.
