Phalada Agro Research Foundation, a leader in the organic products market in India under the name Pure&Sure, has now entered the dining space. The Pure & Sure cafe, situated at the heart of Jayanagar, offers people a variety of healthy, organic food.
A part of the Phalada Pure&Sure store, the cafe offers summer salads, coolers and desserts based on palm sugar and dishes that pique interest such as avocado and moringa smoothie, a healthy bowl of just stir-fried vegetables with mixed fried rice, nippat falafel in pita, jackfruit burger and jackfruit kheema, multi millet based biriyani and kheer among others. Interestingly, all the menu ingredients consist of Pure&Sure products.
Chef Tanvi Chandan, a partner at Pineapple Inc, has set up Pure and Sure Cafe. This 29-year-old chef has done several other projects in Bengaluru including GreenThoery, Little Green Cafe, Broadway at HSR Layout to name a few and has also worked with hotel chains like The Oberoi Hotels and Hyatt.
The customer has the advantage of stepping into the shop for organic products and supplies and savouring the cuisines at the cafe. Space promotes healthy, organic and fresh food among people.
