We hear, the good folks behind Mumbai’s The Clearing House restaurant are launching Cafe Felix in town. And it opens on Friday, May 19. Expect smoothie bowls, fluffy waffles, smoothies and even a Birthday Cake Shake in the form of all-day breakfast scenes at Cafe Felix. For health freaks, there’s quinoa salad, and prawn and mango salad with soba noodles, tossed up in an Asian dressing.
The burgers and sandwiches on the menu sound like full on meals. Anyone up for a 36-hour Braised Pork Belly Panini or a Grilled Tenderloin Burger? For those who want to keep it lighter there’s Spicy Crispy Chicken Burger or a Quinoa and Beetroot burger. Pork Ribs, Carbonara, Roasted Chicken, Pumpkin Risotto… the list is big and hearty for mains.
The dessert menu especially looks elaborate with Banana Nutella Cake, Eton Mess Sundae, Almond Bread Pudding, Cookie Dough Skillet and more. We hear they will even do made-to-order cookies such as Flourless Double Chocolate, and Brown Butter Chocolate Chip. Yum! The #LBBCrew is going to check out this space soon.
