Hopshaus recently launched its brewery and I went in to try it out. They had 6 beers available on tap. Read on below to see which one is the best fit for you.
Witty Belgian : It was citrusy with just a hint of spiced coriander. Its a little sweet and creamy on the palate.
Hip Hopster : Floral finish and having tropical flavour, it had a nice hoppy finish.
Sassy Saison : This one is malty with a slight pepper hint. A bold and bubbly option.
Honey Maiden : If you are new to beer or dont like it strong, this is the one for you. Nice floral flavour profile which is really pleasant.
Basmati Bounty : Rice lager with a strong basmati aroma. It lingers on your palate with a herby hint.
The Roasted Stout: Stout devotees, this is for you. Stong coffee notes with a dark chocolate finish, this one is an absolute delight.
Food Pairings : I tried the below food items which are recommended to go alongside your beer.
Fries Roulette: An excellent option which contains french fries, spiced sweet potato and beer battered onion rings with 6 kinds of dips.
Samosette : Crispy Samosa wafers filled with spiced corn, cheddar, mozzarella and cilantro and served with a spicy pesto dip.
Wasabi Prawns : Juicy and succulent prawns coated in wasabi mayo and topped with spicy fruit salsa. Go for it.
Pesto Chicken Sliders : Pesto chicken topped with mozzarella and served in cute mini brioche buns. Pretty darn good.
Keema Pav : Mutton keema served with butter coated pav and onions. What could go wrong.
To sum it up, its an exciting new place to try out some great beer with finger licking food. Do drop by and have an enjoyable and relaxing time.
