What Makes It Awesome?

COBAJA is a place that's located at Brigade Road. The place is Specialized in serving up Brilliant See Food Dishes, South Indian Cuisine like Mangalorean Cuisine and Konkan Cuisine.

Me and My friends decided to check this place out and so we did. while we were there we happen to see that they even had a food festival going on at Cobaja so we a few of us decided to their the Food Festival Menu which mainly is from Savji and Malnad Dishes and as for others, they decided to try out the Usual Menu at this place.

Let's talk about the Ambience first, this place has a indoor seating where you can sit on chairs and eat your food at the table ( The usual ) and the other seating they had was Sitting on the floor and having your food but where you sit, there's gonna be pillows put there so you're seated comfortably, the place has a nice set up and i love the colors added to this place and also i loved their posters put up which has all weird yet common words used in Karnataka which was fun to read at. they also have a outdoor rooftop seating which is Again with their usual seating options but then the Ambience upstairs is really so food and fresh. it's a good vibe to be honest i felt more nice while we were coming on the rooftop.

Service was really good, i must say they have good hospitality and which is why i would go to this place again.

Staff Behaviour was absolutely professional yet caring towards the customers wants which is just amazing and by this i was completely happy with the right Attitude that the Staff have here for their customer.

Coming to the Food, as you know we had a split of the menu which was, One from the Food Festival Menu and the other Menu which is the usual menu at Cobaja. Firstly i would want to say that all their Dishes were presented in a very unique way. Food was amazing overall and there some things which could be improved but most of the items we ordered were all amazing. let me tell you which dish didn't seem to please us an those are The Appe Kai Saaru as the Flavour's didn't hit me well. The Mutton Kadan i felt that it had to be cooked a little more as that difference made the experience a little less exciting.Udiyappam with Coconut Milk wasn't as good as i have had in other places as the sweetness level wasn't upto the mark.
Drinks were good, Shakes were amazingly Blended and it was too good to be honest and even the Alcohol that my friend had, they all loved it. Good job on that
