India’s first and only craft chocolate festival is back and bigger than ever. The Indian Cacao & Craft Chocolate Festival returns to Bangalore with its fifth edition, themed “The Cacao Renaissance.” This year, it celebrates the rapid rise of India’s craft chocolate movement, spotlighting exceptional chocolatiers, innovative bean-to-bar makers, and the growing ecosystem around Indian cacao. The festival highlights include exclusive tasting sessions, hands-on workshops, cacao talks and panels. Copitas at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, the city’s highest rooftop destination for inventive cocktails, will be hosting an exclusive one-night-only bar takeover by Native Singapore, ranked No. 45 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025 and a regular on the World’s 50 Best Bars list. The Singapore bar is known for its sustainability-led, culturally rooted approach to mixology. Leading the takeover is Yong Wei, Head Bartender at Native since 2020.

Maverick & Farmer is hosting a new edition of its 'Friends of the Farmer' series at their Ulsoor café. This session spotlights an experimental Canephora coffee from Anai Kadu Estate, made from 70+ year-old plants and processed using native wild fig microbes. This session will bring the farmers from Anai Kadu Estate as well as Rohan and Aditi, coffee blogger Arpan Ramtek, will brew exclusive lots for guests, offering different perspectives on the same coffee. Science Gallery Bengaluru’s annual food festival, Namma Oota, is back for its next edition with a spotlight on nutrition. At the festival, you will find fermented spices by The Karam Kulture, taste moringa-based foods by AS AgreFarms & Foods, and explore food anthropology with The Cubbon Table. Apart from these, the two-day event will have a line-up of programmes such as cooking a collaborative meal with Jamie Allen, listening to Kurush Dalal unpack food as the greatest mnemonic, or joining a spirited round of food-themed trivia with Saloni Mehta and Susovan Mahapatra. December Performances At Windmills Ft. Cabaret Rocher Trio, The Tapi Project, And O Gaanewali
This December, Windmills Craftworks is hosting different exciting acts, each bringing a unique musical experience. First will be Cabaret Rocher Trio, led by Étienne Cabaret and Christophe Rochera, featuring two clarinets and drums, blending improvised jazz, Breton folk traditions, and Balkan influences. Then The Tapi Project is returning to Windmills as part of their 'Ud Jayega Tour', and they will be bringing their Indie-rooted global sound shaped by travels. And finally, O Gaanewali, which will be a special showcase honouring the women who defined Hindustani semi-classical traditions such as Thumri, Dadra, Ghazal, Chaiti, and Hori. Mai Mai X Chef Walter East Asian Pop Up
Mai Mai is hosting the iconic Chef Walter of Kim Lee fame and one of the earliest pioneers of Asian cooking in Bengaluru for a three-day pop-up that blends memory, craft and reinvention. A limited menu of around eight signature dishes curated by Chef Walter, including nostalgia-rich wok favourites, dim sums and classics shaped along with three contemporary Mai Mai reinterpretations inspired by his originals. Echoes of Earth, touted as India’s greenest circular music festival, is back.
