I went to this gourmet store with a lot of expectations and came out with none of them disappointed!
A Saluti in Pali caters mostly to expats living in the area, but it's neither overpriced nor snooty.
The shop has an amazing selection of cheese, including the very smelly and very aged for the hardened cheese lovers. They also have some really good cuts of meat, including fresh prosciutto.
I was amazed by the 'extras' though. They have a whole menu of baked goods which are ready to be baked at home. So you can take home pastry sheets, rolled croissants and more, and see them swell up in your oven and have them as fresh as it is possible to have them!
You can also make your own sandwich on the spot with their selection of cheeses and meats.
I also saw a sign saying they're soon having cooking classes, so keep an eye out for that.
