What Makes It Awesome

Experience a piece of Kashmir in Namma ooru at Parsa's in Koramangala which serves the best kebab in town. The ambience is quite cosy with all Kashmiri quotes on the walls and only Kashmiri songs playing throughout. They also have floor seating with a floor table, which is a very nice way to experience the richest cuisine in the world!

Coming to the food, experience the authentic Kashmiri Wazwan in a platter version called "Traami". Traami means a large copper plate or platter in which the Wazwan is served for 4 people at once. While serving, the Traami is covered by a copper Cloche called 'Sarposh'. Wazwan includes 7 to 30 courses of super-rich dishes, complex cooking and some really beautiful meat cooked to perfection. However, at Parsa's the Traami includes 10 courses of Wazwan dishes like Rogan Josh, Aab Gosht, Rista, Seekh Kebabs and more.

But what's more amazing is the Kashmiri Kehwa and Nun Chai. Yes, the famous Kashmiri Nun Chai here in Bangalore. This tea is made with special tea leaves and a spice mixture and is pink in colour. It has a salty yet really soothing taste and is one of the best options around during winters. The Kashmiri Kehwa is also very good and is completely different than any other kehwas found in town.
