I visited the Aqua - The Park on a Friday night and it was absolutely buzzing. The DJ was terrific and it was a great party atmosphere.
Drinks: I tried a couple of cocktails and then proceeded to the hard drinks. Had a cocktail named Jaded Affair which was white rum, blue curacao and pineapple juice? It was really perfect and set the mood just fine. Also had the Dual Jewel made with absolut vodka, cranberry juice, sweet and sour mix along with red bull. Another fantastic drink to try out.
Food: Coming to the food, I tried the below items:
Five Spice American Corn: Tender corn tossed up in Chinese five-spice powder. I can eat it all day long, it was really addictive.
Chicken Satay: Grilled chicken which was marinated just aptly. Another mouthwatering dish.
Spring Rolls: You cannot miss it if you are a spring roll fan. Crispy to a fault and totally droolicious.
Panko Crusted Fish and Chips: This was a favourite. Sinfully deep fried and served with tartare sauce, it finished in a jiffy.
Vegan Cheese Pizza: They also have this amazing vegan cheese pizza which you need to try to realize how good it actually is. It was murderously good.
Bento Box: It had Thai prawn curry with jasmine rice and some carrots on the side. The quantity was great and it was really delicious.
Desserts: We finished it off with a jumbo brownie served alongside a vanilla ice cream scoop. The brownie was really big in size and wasn't overly sweet. A great way to finish off the evening.
To sum it up, I had an amazing time over some finger-licking food accompanied by great drinks and some fantastic music as well. Drop in to have a great time, totally recommended.
