Delhi Highway: Fusion Indian food with a desi touch of spices and masalas and obviously loads of ghee and butter. The starters are unique, innovative yet have an Indian touch to them. The blend and combinations work out really on the palate. One of my favourites is definitely the pesto mini tandoori rolls, these rolls are filled with cottage cheese with a thin wrapper around, spices and masalas grounded with the cottage cheese and marinated with pesto and cooked in a tandoor. The texture is beautiful and tastes amazing.
The golgappa shots are another favourite from their elaborate menu. The pani is spicy and the tamarind variation is sweet and sour.
This place has got to be on a Vegetarian's list of places to try !!
