While exploring BTM Layout, came across this little Rajasthan "Gud Dhani" which serves some good Rajasthani Cuisines.
The menu is the most interesting part. Though they serve some common food like other restaurants, yet I like the way they have named it. Like Shubharambh instead of Starters and Sabzi Sadabshar Tokri instead of Veg Mains. Paneer Ala Re, Hum Tum Aur Mushroom, Na Safed Na Lal Dal, Rampur Ka Raita and many more quirky names.
I tried there Kadhai Paneer from their Paneer Ala Re and it was really good. The paneer chunks were soft and the gravy had the right amount of spice. The roti was fresh and well prepared. Even the Boondi Raita was good.
