KFC, in a recent endeavour to be more eco-friendly and of course, to enhance its menu, has replaced the plastic bowls from the rice bowl meals and replaced it with a fried tortilla flour edible bowl, which is made using special moulds. Not only does this bring down the chain’s plastic usage {since it’s biodegradable} but also adds to the taste.
We’re definitely in favour of the new element of crunch to the gravy-heavy meal.
We also hear that KFC is also planning to further get rid of plastic in the near future by switching to wooden cutlery. So much win.
