So I ordered my lunch from Punjabi Nukkad, even though I was worried about the recent situations. But to my surprise, I was quite amazed by the hygiene quality they are maintaining. From the temp check of the delivery boy, sanitizing everything till contactless delivery.
Talking about food. Everything was delicious. I ordered the following things-
Punjabi chole- the perfect authentic north Indian taste with perfectly boiled and cooked chana, it was delicious. The gravy was thick and the spice level was just perfect.
Malai paneer tikka- Soft, delicate, and almost melted in the mouth. The flavours went till the core and the best part was the size of the tikkas.
Dal makhani- it was one of the best that I tried. properly cooked, smokey flavour, proper consistency, balanced sweetness and the beans just melted in the mouth.
