What Makes It Awesome

Let's Souffle in Koramangala gave us the Japanese jiggly, cloud-like souffle pancakes (in unimaginable toppings) that we've enjoyed on more occasions than one. They are now mixing things up a bit with a savoury extension called Let's Burrito and you guessed it, it's Mexican food all the way.

First things, first. It's an all VEGETARIAN menu with exciting options and the portions sizes are off limits! Some of the biggest burritos (10-inch & more) we've seen. They can be hard to finish by oneself, yes, but are good value for money plus you can always save some to devour later! Flavours lean more towards fusion. We're talking Teriyaki Soy Burrito (INR 190), Cajun Shiitake Mushroom and Smoked Paneer Burrito. You can order the same in the form of delicious Burrito Bowls.

We are all for how they've made veggie tacos interesting. Like the Classic Potato Taco (INR 160) topped with lime cilantro rice, in-house chilli, pico de gallo, sour cream and crispy potato. There's a tongue ticking Cajun Baby Corn Taco (INR 170) too. If you're planning a nacho party, get the Supreme Cheesy Nachos that's nacho average plate!

To cool off from all the Mexican spice, order some classic Horchata, for those of you who aren't familiar, this is a delicious traditional rice based drink with cinnamon and almonds. Let's Burrito also interestingly does a Coco and Boba Tea version. Everything on the menu is priced under INR 250.
