What Makes It Awesome

Decorating your space whether it's the balcony, corners of your home, or even the work desk, indoor plants are a great way to add a dash of freshness. And for all the planters you'll need for your plants, you must check out Palasa. The Bangalore-based green decor brand has a beautiful studio space in Koramangala 3rd Block that's housed inside well, a two-storied house. Every nook and cranny has is filled with planters of different shapes, sizes, and designs. These planters are made from fibreglass to concrete and everything in between -- think metal, ceramic, and terracotta. Folks in Bangalore would have spotted their planters at places such as Brik Oven, Street Storyss, and Leaping Frog Studio.

You will love the collection of these planters. Our favourites are geometric ones in all shades, quirky ones shaped like owls, foxes, and other cute animals, and simple planters shaped like a mini vase or pot.  The choices are limitless especially when you can also get customised planters too. You will trendy planters like jute planters, macrame hanging planters, and pastel planters for your succulents. Apart from planters, Palasa specialises in indoor plants and air purifying plants such as fern, anthuriums, and ficus.

Preine Pereira and Prinston Pereira, the husband and wife founders can be found at the studio. You can talk to them and even have them consult on garden makeover projects if you are planning on one. Both of them are also 'plant doctors', so if you are a first-time plant parent, they will be more than happy to give you advice on indoor plants and how to maintain and care for them.

Price: INR 200 onwards for the smaller planters and INR 1,800 for the bigger ones.

Pro-Tip

Of course, for those of you who aren't in Bangalore, you can even purchase their planters online through their website.
