Wok monk is now in Bangalore. This pan Asian restaurant is surely gonna reach heights. Located in Jayanagar, the ambience is good and cosy. It has a capacity of around 40-45 pax.
As a vegetarian, we tried a few dishes and the must-tries are the following:
1. Iced Milo - this took me back to Boston. Nostalgia feels. Milo drink with jellos
2. Cendol champion - not authentic cendol but they have tried a fusion with coffee here and it's a perfect welcome drink
3. Firecracker lotus Stem - this is good and flavorful
4. Ho fun Water chestnuts - this was perfectly made.
5. Wok monk special Rice - this was amazing as the blends of spices were perfect and it was a good spicy biryani indeed
6. Dim sums - they could have been better as it's a pan Asian restaurant. Dimsums should be perfect
7. Fried ice-cream - this was the best here. The fried crust filled with butterscotch ice-cream and The crust has delicious coconut flavour topped with caramel
8. Kepak pancakes - pancakes were soft and perfectly baked
