Recently, we visited Punjabi Chaap Corner and I must say that the food and service were amazing and commendable. We tried:
Soya Chaap- the protein-filled dish are recently introduced in Bengaluru. These things are made from soya beans and used in various ways. This place has a wide variety of Chaap dishes to offer to its customers.
As we were excited about Soya Chaap, we tried a few of them- Malai Chaap, Jaljala Chaap and Afghani stuffed Chaap. The soya was very soft and tender, every dish was very much distinct in flavour and taste.
They also had soya chaap curry which went well with stuffed onion and aloo kulcha. The kulcha was soft, stuffings were of the adequate amount. One dish which got our attention was Soya chaap fried rice. It is a must-have dish here.
Achari Mushroom Tikka: it was a little spicy but it was very well grilled and it had absorbed the marination properly.
For desserts: Gagar halwa, Gulab jamun to end the radical adventure!
