What Makes It Awesome?

Visited NH 8 for a weekend lunch and as soon as I entered this place, it gave me a complete a Rajasthan feel with well decorated. Two types of seating available here, one is normal sitting and other is Table one. They also provide Rajasthani Turban before serving the food which is damn interesting.

Thali consists of 24 varieties of dishes and they start with Chats and ends with sweets. The food is unlimited here and they keep on asking which dish to serve again.

Started with some plain chaas and then Kota Kachori, Aloo Vada, Dahi vada and Tikki chole chat. Dahi Vada was yum and Kachori was one of the best ever I tried. They provide some chutney and roasted papad as next. Rajasthani bati was damn good and churma was above average. Paneer was another best thing to try with poori. Malai Ghewar was my favourite sweet. Had a scrumptious veg food after a long time. Would definitely try this place out.
