The Reservoire won us over with its really cool ambience, its selection of refreshing cocktails and Biryani.

Koramangala is a hot spot for bars with alfresco spaces. The Reservoire with its two floors and a rooftop space, makes the cut. A long flight of stairs will lead you to a big space with exposed brick walls, huge glass windows, bar stools, and community tables. Plus, cosy seating arrangements. Upstairs, the bar has a Wimbledon-style retracting roof for you to enjoy yourself without the sun playing a spoiler. Or rain when the winds change.

The large number of cocktails on the menu will leave you confused about your order. Try their Rummy Rasna for a kick of nostalgia or Jager Lager (Jagermeister with beer). Enjoy happy hours from 11 AM to 8 PM on Monday and Tuesday and 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Wednesday to Friday. Get cocktails at INR 199, one plus one on Kingfisher and Budweiser draught beer (330ML), two plus one on whiskey and Kingfisher (330 ML) plus one starter at INR 349 for happy hours.

Try their Mexican cheese fries, Monaco Canape or crunchy onion rings priced at INR 130 Try their woodfired pizzas and veg and non-veg platters while you are here. Order the Hunan Lamb and Hong Kong-style baby corn. Don’t stuff yourself with too many starters because you must save space for biryani. Seriously who serves biryani in a bar? But these guys do and they do a mighty good job of it. Call for their Mughlai Chicken Biryani, Egg Biryani or even Veg Biryani and satisfy the biryani lover in you. End the meal with Jack Daniel’s chocolate cake priced at INR 250 and poached pear in wine sauce served with litchi ice cream.

The Reservoire’s ground floor and terrace are pet-friendly all through the week. Besides, pet parents, you will be happy to hear that they also have a pet-friendly menu on request.
