What Makes It Awesome?

Authentic Indian flavours, Iranian to Zaffrani, the culinary space here is heaven. If one needs the real authenticity of Indian cuisine, the chef has magic in his hands and makes some really amazing dishes. The Saffron is a place in Paradise. It welcomes you with a hint of all the Single malts available. The waiter politely pulls a chair for you, with your tablecloth set, you will be served with Papads and Crackers even before you see the menu, these Papads come with five different chutneys and pickles.

Coming to the food,

Tamatar Shorba: It's not the soup with corn flour, the real Shorba with tomato extract, a tinge of spice.
Murg Shorba: It's a pure Indian one.

Mocktails
Here, in Radisson Blu, we always recommend the Fantastic four which is always good. Four ingredients to stir your mood good

Starters
Khasta Pudina Chap: It is a Dilli styled dish which was amazing. The Khasta Pudina Chop with its Delhi flavours is a melt in the mouth
Aatish-e-Murg: Mughlai comes into the picture now. It is one where the soft chicken is marinated with red chillies. This is a star here and Chef's special.
Murgh Khoobideh Kebab: Leg pieces of chicken with green chilli Marination.
Galouti Kebab: The purest Lucknow Wala Gelwati Kebab I found in Namma Bengaluru.

Main Course
Methi Palak Panner: Methi palak and Ajwain with Paneer. The usual Indian dish which was delicious.
Nalli Rogan Josh: Just one word, Wow!!
Also had the Chooza Khas Makhani, Dal Makhni and Zaffrani Kashmiri Pulav

Indian Breads
Garlic Bread: My pick is always the garlic Naan. The exquisite aroma of Garlic and the soft texture made the meal extra special.
Missi Roti: This is again a Chef's special.
Pudina Paratha: Pudina Paratha is a must try for health freaks.

Desserts
Kulfi Falooda: Absolutely fantastic.
Gulkan Ice Cream: Rose petal reserve, Namma Karnataka style. Rose comes in each and every bite of the ice cream.

The presentation of each and every dish would mesmerise you.
