The live ice cream counter at Cream Chemistry will take you back to your lab days in school. The ice cream specialist at the counter plays with nitrogen to make rolls of ice cream. The use of nitrogen makes the ice cream extra cold as well as rollable.

I like the Dry Fruit Delight here. Using a fresh base of ice cream, the rolls are a delicious mishmash of dates, almonds, figs, pista, and cashew. It's also drizzled with honey and sprinkled with nuts for extra crunch and flavour.

Well, the fact that they let me make my own ice cream makes this place perfect.

What's My Pro Tip?

They have something called the Brain Freezer that's made with liquid nitrogen. So cold, that it'll literally give you a brain freezer. Oh, and also you'll have smoke coming out of it too! Must try!

The place is quite quirky with colourful decor and a chilled out {no pun intended} ambience. The walls have chemistry-related doodles along with a Periodic Menu that is a word play of the Periodic Chart.
