The six-week Pre-Professional Programme in Food & Cooking is what this writer who's also an aspiring chef considered because it basically covers the basics of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, knife skills, kitchen management, understanding ingredients, and food preparation. Plus, the course covers both theory and hands-on practicals.

The six-month Diploma in Food Preparation is for serious folks that focus on culinary techniques, with basic inputs of management, entrepreneurship, and business. Plus, you will also learn everything from healthy eating, special diets and costing with menu planning.
