Set in an old bungalow on Cunningham Road, Spa.ce The Spa, offers all sorts of massages, body scrubs and a good old foot massage. But the best part is the ambience — soothing and cut off from the busy Cunningham Road.

What Is It?

Spa.ce has a spa in Indiranagar too, but I always wind my way to Cunningham Road. Set in an old bungalow with a central courtyard, water features, and gorgeous tiles from days gone by, this particular one seems to soothe you just by the chill vibes.

From fully body massages, scrubs, facials and even reflexology, they’ve got a range of treatments to help your relax and get rid of those aches and pains. My favourites are the Aromatherapy massage {ideal to destress thanks to light strokes and fragrant oils ranging from sandal to lavender} and the Balinese massage which blends Thai and Swedish Massage techniques. The Hot Stone massage is also rather good, but not my cup of tea.

Who Is It For?

If you’re stressed, or just want to zone out from daily life for a while {60, 90 or 120 minutes to be precise}, then hit this spa. Since it’s well hidden from the street, you’ll feel like you’ve left Bangalore, which itself is a great feeling! They also have express massages that do the trick in hald the time. Think just a head massage, or a foot spa or a back massage to rid you off those office chair knots. Just what the doctor ordered!

Don't Miss

Mani-pedis are on the spa menu too, so you can get quick nail upgrade while you’re here. Oh, and if you have an anniversary coming up, check into the spa for a couples massage that includes massages, body scrubs, wraps and some alone time. The lads in my family sometimes opt for the Be Masculine session which includes a body scrub, body massage and body wrap using Lavender Cologne. Plus, a pedicure, manicure and facial.

Make reservations in advance as they’re quite often full.
