Are you looking for a rooftop place to chill out with your friends and a place which can serve you some good shakes, starters and mains? Then your search ends at Hungry Hippie. Its located at one of the most happening locations of Bangalore, where you will find good crowd, parking is certainly an issue. When it comes to food, a very elaborated menu where you can choose from fries, burgers, pasta, salads, mains, coolers, shakes and whatnot. Anything one can think of in terms of fast food, it’s there.
-Starters: I had Mexican Fries in starters, which was a combination of beans layer at the bottom, with fries topped with cheese and jalapeno. An awesome sweet and tangy starter with a huge portion was v tasty and filling
-Shakes/Mocktails: I also tried their paan cooler and Tiramisu Shake. Paan Cooler was just apt in terms of sweetness giving a kick with an awesome combo of soda, paan syrup, milk. It was quite refreshing. I also tried their tiramisu shake, it was a bit high on sweetness but being with a sweet tooth, I loved it
-Mains: Mains menu was again elaborated, so I went ahead with a 3 Pepper Thin Crust Pizza which my friend ordered and I went with cottage cheesesteaks with rice. Both were good and very filling. In fact, after mocktails and shakes, I could not finish the whole.
Overall, the place is quite spacious with no chaos and being a rooftop, it icing on the cake if you are a rooftop lover
My overall rating:
Food: 4/5
Location: 3.5/5(parking issue a bit)
Ambience: 4/5 (spacious, with elements from greens, wall art, hand painting)
Service: 4/5
Hygiene:4/5
