Subko Coffee has made its way to Bangalore, and you'll find them at Indiranagar 12th main. At this point, it's a cubby hole at Bombay Shirt Company, but for a quick cup of great coffee, we're not fussed. The mini outlet currently serves hot and cold and if you want a basic cuppa joe they have the usual cappuccino, latte and cold coffee with their daily roasts. Their cold mocha on a hot day is magic, as are their other 16 hour cold brews. For something hot try their lavender coffee or any of house blends. We spotted their best-selling Woodway Estate and Tat Tvam Asi, as well as other specialty roasts from Kerehaklu and Salawara estates.
Those hoping for cookies, croissants, and sourdough breads might be disappointed as their mini outlet isn't equipped to make food yet. But you can enjoy some of their iconic flavours (like the podi toast and the chocolate croissant) with their ‘poto’ (portable toast) packs. The cafe staff is happy to recommend the perfect drink, so don’t be shy. Feel free to browse and pick up Subko merch as well (tees, stickers, badges, books, and the like). If nothing else, take home a pack of fantastic coffee (find out why here) ground for your preferred brewing method. They have a few seats, and a standing bar, but it’s really not a catch-up-for-hours kinda space and if that’s what you want, check here
