Carmelites, if you are reading this, we have found you your new hang! Well, it’s got doodle art on the wall, stools made from repurposed milk cartons and tires, a yellow-blue colour theme, and it goes by the name The Doodle Cafe. It’s quaint and it’s Insta-worthy like we said, with spots for that selfie with the squad or just a random shot for your Instagram Stories. Lunch scenes or after college hangs with the squad, you know where to head now.
Run by two girls {who are apparently students themselves}, this quaint cafe is all about pocket-friendly cafe grub and the good vibes. Sure, the crowd is mainly college, but that doesn’t stop us from making a trip down to try the cafe’s spread of Italian, Mexican, modern Indian, Arabian, Continental, and Chinese fare. We hear wings, pasta, sandwiches, quesadillas, pizzas, noodles, and sinful desserts such as the signature Berry Lava Cake are in the house. Oh, and coolers are basically mocktails, shakes, and the likes.
