The meal starts off with different kinds of Chaat items and then you're served with curries and sweets, three different kinds of rotis and unlimited buttermilk. NH 8 Restaurant also serves dal bhati which is a Rajasthani speciality. The servers are really friendly and they keep checking on you if you need seconds of any serving.
