What Makes It Awesome?

I'll tell you guys what I ate but first, let me enlighten you a Iittle on what it's like to be at Fox in the forest - The newest brewery in town. The concept of the 4 story structure was given birth by the creators who went after modifying how the West looks at drinks - like they're the "fox". The names of the drinks are as interesting as some of their stories.

So the first level is called "Enter the fox", the second is "Fox in the den" Because you're already in and set to hear what the fox says; the third is the most Interesting kind of a setting perhaps the lone one in Bengaluru. It is an amphitheatre and is called "Fox on the stage" Since there's a stage too that could be utilised for corporate parties or even karaoke. The topmost floor is rooftop and it gives me immense pleasure to have had the first look of the first-ever Bacardi lounge in the Asia Pacific.

Now let's begin with the beers because of course, you're in a microbrewery for a reason. There have 6 flavours of beer, really unique and different from each other -
* A full-bodied chocolate stout ( Midnight fox) ;
* A medium-bodied caramel-like Hefeweizen ( Sly fox) ;
* A medium-bodied Triple IPA ( Tipsy fox) and 3 other really interesting flavours. They'll serve you samplers and you can choose what you want to chug later on.

Moving on to the starters, my favourite was the Butter chicken naan pops - A naan dough that's made into a closed pouch and stuffed with creamy butter chicken. Then there was the Tawa khurchan mutton - well shredded, marinated and well-cooked mutton inside filo sheet pouches.

Then the Da Lat spice chicken satay - regular satay enhanced with coffee and star anise on a bed of peanut sauce. The flame-grilled Pork belly, very well cooked tender pork belly braised in a sauce. Also tried Shepherd's pie, comes without a base on a bed of marinara.

For the main course, I loved the pasta - Conchiglie, pork sausages and broccoli in Arabiata.

To end with, the Gulab jamun cheesecake was a beautiful creation.
