Not that one ever needed a reason to switch to farm-fresh vegetables, but if you are looking to switch, we give you Woolly Farms. A purveyor of urban farming techniques -- think permaculture, hydroponics, aeroponics, bio-mimicry, and real-time nurture monitor -- Woolly Farms has a range of leafy greens and veggies that are all grown safe and chemical-free and delivered fresh from harvest to your doorstep.
You have greens such as spinach and romaine lettuce, exotic veggies that includes bok choy, Brussel sprouts, and dried Shiitake mushrooms, a whole range of Indian veggies, and seasonal fruits. We ordered their herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano, and basil), and spinach, and cherry tomatoes, we were quite happy with the taste as well as the freshness. Shoutout to the eco-friendly and well thought out packaging too. You can either a la carte their produce like we did or sign up for their membership program that ensures a weekly supply of seasonal produce from their partner farms spread across Bangalore. Yes, all the veggies and greens are grown in Bangalore.
