Be it a family function or wardrobe essentials, Vardaan Market has something to offer to all you ladies out there. There are enough options (in fact, too many) to choose from and you are sure to find something that suits your taste without burning a hole in your pocket. So, here's our guide on some of the best stores in Vardaan for apparel for women. Prices are budget-friendly but don't forget to bargain!

As soon as you enter the market, you'll find Satyam on your left. They stock sarees, kurtis and salwar suits at pocket-friendly rates. Not sure about the size or need a plus-size? Worry not. You'll find semi-stitched pieces as well with all the design done. You just have to ask your tailor to stitch it up for you. The sarees start as low as INR 500 while the kurtis are perfect for casual or office wear.

Turning Point

Located on the first floor of the market, Turning Point stocks kurtis and Indo-Western gowns in beautiful designs and patterns. They mostly work with silk, muslin, cotton and chanderi fabrics. We spotted a black and maroon long kurti made of silk and loved it! Check out their collection of printed kurtis. You can buy suit pieces as well here. Best part? Plus size is available in most of the shops.

Supremo Lifestyle

Take the elevator to the first floor and turn left. You'll find Supremo Lifestyle (Shop No. 108) right beside the Indian Gem and Jewellery shop. They do kurtis, draped gowns and dupattas in fabrics like silk, cotton, linen, khadi and georgette. Their collection of khadi kurtis particularly is quite impressive. You'll also find a mix of khadi-linen and angarakha pattern in their apparel.

If blouses, petticoats and dupattas are what you're looking for, then head to She on the first floor (look for shop no. 176). They stock both readymade and unstitched petticoats and blouses. You'll also get leggings and fancy dupattas in different colours and designs. Prices start at INR 200.

Head to Beauty on the ground floor for lingerie and nightwear. From boxers and pajamas to night suit sets and night gowns, Beauty stocks it all. They have two stores on the same floor - one for night wear and one for lingerie. Prices start at INR 700.

If you're looking for occasion wear (party or wedding), then Attitude is the place to go to. They do ethnic and Indo-Western kurtis, gowns, shararas, salwar suits, dupattas, crop tops, long skirts and draped dresses. You'll find apparel in silk, cotton, georgette, chanderi with embroidery work done on them. Prices are slightly on the higher side starting at INR 2,500.

Prachi Fashions

Another store (look for Shop No. 171) to go to if you're looking for ethnic and Indo-Western clothes. Prachi Fashions stocks dresses, kurtis, gowns, sarees and salwar suits for both casual and occasion wear. The collection is huge with apparel in all kinds of fabrics - from the usual silks and georgette to cotton and muslin, they stock it all.

You'll see the shop as you take the escalator to the first floor. The kurtis here start at INR 350 and are available till size 50. They mostly stock printed kurtis only in cotton and rayon. They also have a limited collection of leggings and palazzos.

If salwar suit is what you're looking for, then head to Varmala on the ground floor. They keep only salwar suits in silk, cotton and rayon fabrics mostly. We saw one with pashmina work done on it and thought it would be perfect for a casual day out or even a family get-together. Prices start at INR 600.
