A butchery class is being hosted by Savour Experiences. You get to learn hands-on knife skills and butchery techniques for lamb, fish and chicken. The class will be presided over by their in-house expert butchers and will be followed by a meal. It’s all happening on Friday, August 25 from noon till 2pm.
