Ten-Second Takeaway

Lower Parel’s bookstore Trilogy is throwing a Potter-party to celebrate the birth of three legends – Harry Potter, JK Rowling and the newest play-turned-into-book Harry Potter and The Cursed Child: and today is the last day for registration after the event filled up in record time.

After All This Time?

Always. Every July 31, anyone who has spent the end of summer holidays thumbing through Harry Potter has a lingering feeling that they’re forgetting something important, when they remember that it was when Harry Potter was born, and they inwardly smile at their nerdiness.

After nine years, Potterheads are going to get their hands on the eighth Harry Potter story – which is the script of the Harry Potter play which is based in London – written by Jack Thorne and directed by John Tiffany in collaboration with JK Rowling, and it’s definitely a reason to unite.

More Details, Please

Here’s the plan of action. Readers and book-lovers, who we think are the real wizards of the muggle world, will put on their robes for the costume contest, brush up on Harry Potter knowledge for the quiz {which is intense, so we hear}, revise spells and reflexes for duels, and also attend a special reading of the book before the party begins.

We can also write letters by hand to JK Rowling or anyone from Potterverse, so all those years of composing articulate rants about never getting a letter from Hogwarts should now come in handy.

So What D’Ya Reckon?

We. Can. Not. Wait. Any. More. With each ticket, you get a free copy of the book {eee}, and get this – cake, lots of cake! A place to celebrate the new book, have passionate, controversial discussions over whether wrackspurts are real, Ginny was the right choice, and if Harry should have kept the Elder Wand? Bring it on.
