While we loved every aspect of Nykaaland overall – could we be any more excited about seeing the best of beauty and fashion brands congregate in one place, along with massive deals and freebies? – one of the best parts on-ground was the chance to see some of our favourite brands team up to create something… magnificent. Surprising collaborations led to exquisite experiences, and leading this charge was the exclusive dinner hosted by Tanqueray Gin and Jo Malone London.
Worry not, though – for we have got you covered. While the event was invite-only, LBB got the chance to experience the whole thing in its immersive, experiential glory!
The highlight of the evening was an exclusive cocktail menu curated specifically by Tanqueray, inspired by scents from the Jo Malone London range. Each curated drink complemented choice scents from the latter.
As part of the experience, guests got to know both the sip and the scent – expert brand ambassadors from Tanqueray talked attendees through how each note in a particular scent inspired the complexities of the magnificent serves, while a scent station walked guests through the scents themselves.
In addition to enjoying an especially-curated menu courtesy of Jo Malone and Gallops, and an exclusive photo-op station, guests also walked away with personalised gifts that elevated the experience. For the event, Tanqueray teamed up with Santana Chatlani and The Bombay Lettering Company to give out copa glasses engraved and embossed on the spot. Guests could also choose from an array of Jo Malone London scents and get personalised bottles or gift boxes courtesy of Maleka Shah Patel of The Wander Ink.
A unique blend of perfumes, gin, and sensorial experiences – the Tanqueray x Jo Malone London dinner was truly an event of magnificent proportions.
